She was among a litter of four newborn kitties that were found in a pile of cardboard waiting to be baled and loaded into a shipping container bound for China, after being lost by the litter’s mother. One of my colleagues is married to a vet and she took the kitties home and hand fed them until they were weaned onto solid food. We went to pick her up a couple of days ago.
